Mission
I guide people back to their creative, embodied wisdom through generative writing, SoulCollage®, gentle yoga, and conversations that foster imaginative self-inquiry. My mentorships, workshops, and retreats encourage each person to connect with the body, the language, and the images in ways that cultivate healing, personal power, and joy.
You have a sacred presence, voice, and story. I am here to help you remember your intrinsic gifts and express your truth creatively.
